F&M Bank - Main Street, Galesburg, IL
This project consisted of redesigning an existing landscape while working around mature trees. We implemented demolition, installing walls, plantings, grading, irrigation and sod on this project. Construction, supervision and communication were extremely important in creating this successful project. Landscaping Solutions is still involved with this site by providing weekly landscape maintenance services.

Cottage Hospital - Galesburg, IL

Heartland Healthcare - Galesburg, IL
With carefull planning, supervision and communication with the Heartland staff, we protected patients, floors and the security system while installing a donated preformed pond in a locked down courtyard. We also installed plantings and night lighting around a new gazebo in the courtyard. This project was a great success as all the residents enjoyed watching the process and feeding the new fish.

Burlington Library - Burlington, IA
Landscape budget and installation fees were negotiated with the owner's construction management company. This was a new building project which included three separate Versa-Loc retaining walls (one which reached a height of 20 feet), finish grading, seeding and plantings. Communication and supervision were crucial for the completion of this project.

John Deere Commons - Moline, IL
Landscaping Solutions maintains the grounds around the commons. We designed and installed the annual and perennial flowers while providing our weekly maintenance service. We were asked to re-design and install a prairie setting for the bronze Deere statue.

City Hall - City of LeClaire, IA
We had to design a landscape plan that would stay within the budget that was presented to us. The landscape for the new City Hall was designed with native plants and boulders that would go along with the theme of the river. After careful planning, our staff presented our plan to the City Council. Our landscape plan was selected from among seven presentations by the City Council as the design to be installed. Landscaping Solutions installed the landscape and is still involved in the maintenance of the landscape beds.
